HEAD OF SCHOOL
Betsy is a highly experienced school leader with 19 years in schools in Europe and Asia.
She earned a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University, Arizona and a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from the prestigious Tufts University, in Boston, Massachusetts. Before coming to AISPP, Betsy was the Head of Secondary at the International School of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, where she served in leadership for 10 years.
Betsy is a trained Council of International Schools (CIS) and New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) Visiting Team Member.
DEPUTY HEAD OF SCHOOL & PRIMARY PRINCIPAL
Robert has almost 30 years of experience in education, having started teaching in 1991 in New Zealand.
He earned his Master of Education Leadership Degree from Waikato University, having been awarded his Bachelor’s Degree from Massey University in New Zealand. Before moving to AISPP, Robert was a Primary Years Principal in China.
Ross is an Australian who has enjoyed living, learning and working in some very diverse international settings (China, Japan, Bangladesh, Mauritius and Indonesia) over the past 16 years. He has worked in IB School in these countries and has been in leadership roles for 12 years, including six as a Secondary Principal. In 2016, he earned a Masters of International Education Administration from Endicott University.
