Betsy Hanselmann

Betsy is a highly experienced school leader with 20 years in school in Europe and Asia. 

She has a Master of Education Degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University, Arizona and a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from the prestigious Tufts University, Massachusetts. Before coming to AISPP, Betsy was Head of Secondary at the International School of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia where she served in leadership for 10 years. 

Betsy is an authorised Council of International Schools and North Eastern Association of Schools and Colleges Visit Team Member.

Robert Hyndman

Robert has almost 30 years of experience in education, having started teaching in 1991. 

He earned his Master of Education Leadership Degree from Waikato University, having been awarded his Bachelor’s Degree from Massey University in New Zealand. Before moving to AISPP, Robert was a Primary Years Principal in China.

Jonathan Cox

Jonathan has extensive experience in the education sector, working as a teacher, Head of Department, Academic Advisor and Principal in the UK, Dubai and Singapore before coming to AISPP. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours), a Master of Arts and an Associateship from King’s College London – listed among the top 30 universities in the world. Prior to joining AISPP, Jonathan was Deputy Principal of GEMS World Academy, Singapore.

Wanita has been teaching for over 15 years in a variety of educational settings in South Africa and Mozambique. 

She is passionate about empowering students and helping them to reach their full potential through creative thinking and problem solving.

Lisa has almost a decade’s experience in teaching and educational leadership. 

She has served as a Head Teacher in both community based and independent school settings. Specialising in Early Years Education, Lisa is a passionate advocate of the Reggio Emilia Approach, combining this with the inquiry-based learning of the IB Programmes. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Education from Victoria University in New Zealand.

Charles Campbell

Charles has been working in international schools in Asia for nearly 20 years. 

His experience has taken him to South Korea, Thailand, China, Japan, India and Malaysia. Charles has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and has recently completed his Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of London.

Dr. Aggie Huang

Dr Huang has 20 years of experience in the education sector and has carried out extensive research in areas such as pedagogy and assessment, leading to her Doctoral Degree. 

Aggie has worked in IB World Schools for 15 years and also holds roles as an MYP Examiner, PYP/MYP Workshop Leader, MYP School Visit Team Member and Programme Field Representative.

She graduated from Deakin University with a BA in Contemporary Arts, before being awarded her Graduate Diploma in Education from Murdoch University. Emily is an Ambassador for the Australian Institute of Dramatic Arts and is passionate about the importance of thriving arts cultures in schools.
