Coding and algorithmic thinking is a fundamental skill for solving modern problems. MYP 4 Design students learn how to programme in Python, creating products for a variety of applications. Here students are building their programming skills to ultimately design their own “Choose-Your-Own-Adventure” game, based off a story of their choice.

The design class challenges all students to apply practical and creative thinking skills to solve design problems, explore the role of design in both historical and contemporary contexts, and consider their responsibilities when making design decisions and taking action.
