Our Primary Principal Robert Hyndman conducted a staff workshop yesterday, getting everyone’s understanding as well as sharing with them the Community Engagement. The workshop not only elicited all staff brainstorming ideas about what the community engagement looks like from their point of view but only explained the importance of the engagement to its members. The workshop also spoke to the expectations including contributions, partnerships, collaborations the staff are getting involved in order to make a fully engaged community. 

The participating staff brought away knowledge and understand about a dynamic and active community. Everyone as a community member possesses roles they can function, making a more engaged, supportive and resourceful community.
