AISPP strives to offer the highest level of safety and security for our students, community and visitors through extensive security measures.
When visiting the campus, all parents/carers must wear their AISPP ID badge around their neck where it is clearly visible before entering through the main checkpoint.
Our new swipe gate system will soon be activated for everyone to swipe into and out of the campus. This will be digitally recorded and monitored on CCTV security cameras.
Commencing Monday, March 4th, 2019, parents should submit the attached Pick Up Authorisation Form to the Admissions Office. Once information is confirmed, photos can be taken in the Community Room from 8:00 – 8:45 and 14:45 – 15:45.
All parents and carers should:
- Bring a national ID to the Admissions Office for verification,
- Have a photograph taken, and
- Exchange the existing ID badge for a new one 24 hours after having a photograph taken.
As of 1 April, 2019, any parent or carer not presenting a new AISPP ID badge will be asked to go to the school office to complete the process to have one made. For safety purposes, no child will be released to an adult without a new AISPP ID badge as of 1 April, 2019.
