AISPP maintains close links with the Australian Embassy here in Phnom Penh. Most recently they have interviewed Julie Grisewood, our Community Development Officer as part of their ‘profile of the month.’ She also has a responsibility for all of our special projects and school initiatives.
Profile Of The Month
The informal interview with Julie gives a candid view of what brought her to work in Cambodia, what she particularly enjoys about living in the region (this may surprise you!), what’s happening at AISPP at the present time, and which aspects of her job she finds particularly rewarding.
If you want to read the full interview, you can do so here.
“Children Are The Future”
According to Julie: “As I walk around our building, I love to see a child’s eyes light up with the excitement of learning… they are the future. They are the new global citizens of our world who need to be encouraged to be curious, collaborative and questioning.”
AISPP, an Australian Co-ed IB International K-12 school (Phnom Penh), is fast becoming one of the Kingdom of Cambodia’s leading education providers. Providing a modern Australian private and independent education, its 21st Century philosophy, state-of-the-art facilities and world-class teaching standards, make it ideally placed to prepare children for the global challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
