In Art this week, Year 1 provocation was “start with a dot” inspired by the book, “The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds”. Students explored by using a variety of painting techniques and color mixing from their creativity and innovations. We examined the work of Kadinsky and made connections to their work. The students got very proud to see their artworks being drawn from imaginative creativity.
